Enquiries and quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract between us. The services described here are illustrations of the work we do. Submitting an enquiry form does not create any obligation on either side. It simply starts a conversation.

A binding agreement is only formed when we have visited your property, prepared a written quotation, and you have accepted that quotation in writing. The terms of that quotation, together with any separate terms and conditions of sale we provide with it, will govern the work - not this website.

Any prices, timescales or specifications mentioned anywhere on this site are indicative only. Every project we take on is bespoke, and the cost and lead time depend entirely on your rooms, materials and requirements.

All content on this website - including text, photographs, project images, designs, graphics, layout and our name and logo - belongs to us or is used under licence. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view this content and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission, and you must not remove any copyright or ownership notices.

The images in our portfolio show real projects completed by our team. They are shared with the permission of the homeowners concerned. Individual results will vary depending on the space, materials and specification chosen, and images should not be taken as a promise that your project will look identical.
